SSNIT Customer Service Mobile Clinic - 2018

The 10th edition of the annual SSNIT Customer Mobile Clinic comes-off, at 66 venues across the country, on Monday, September 24 to Friday, September 28, 2018.

The ultimate aim of the Clinic is to help in increasing the number of active stakeholders contributing to the Scheme, deepening information dissemination and bringing our services closer to stakeholders.

This year’s theme is Wo SSNIT daakye hyƐ wonsa (Your SSNIT future is in your hands).

The event signals the countrywide deployment of various teams of SSNIT staff to vantage points to bring the Trust and its services closer to its customers, pensioners and other stakeholders. These clinics will also give the Trust an opportunity to resolve complaints, register new members and obtain feedback for policy formulation among other things.

The activities to be carried out include:

  • Checking and Printing of Statement of Account
  • Biometric Registration
  • Employer Registration
  • Benefits Processing Issues
  • Distribution and Validation of Smart Cards
  • Updating of Nominees
  • Retirement Advisory Services and
  • General Enquiries about the Business and Operations of SSNIT

The official launch of the 2018 SSNIT Customer Mobile Clinic will take-off at 9:00 am on Monday September 24, 2018 at the forecourt of the Oxford Street Mall, Osu), Accra.
