The 2018 SSNIT Customer Service Mobile Clinic ended successfully on Friday September 28th, 2018 across 66 locations of the country.
The Clinic was under the theme “Wo SSNIT Daakye Hy3 Wonsa”, meaning “Your future with SSNIT is in your hands.”It brought the Trust and its services closer to its members, pensioners, employers and the public.
During the week, new members were registered, records were updated and others checked their statements. There were media interviews on the Clinic and general education on Social Security was provided to the public among other things.
Members of the Executive and other Managers went round the various locations to monitor and encourage the staff on duty. The Executives also engaged with some of the stakeholders who were at the location to transact business with the Trust.
The feedback obtained from the Clinic is expected to assist the Management of SSNIT in policy formulation.
