"The next edition of the SSNIT Info Shop will be coming to you live on Facebook from the University of Education (AMU Theatre – Central Campus), Winneba. Time is 9:00am on Saturday 9th May, 2019.

The SSNIT Info Shop is an information-sharing forum to enlighten students on the importance of social security.

It is targeted at educating students on their rights to social security, which helps them prepare, secure and take control of their lives before and beyond age 60 or in the event of permanent invalidity.

This is aimed at encouraging students to secure their future by registering and contributing to the Scheme at an early stage.

It also affords the self-employed as well as workers who have not yet registered onto the scheme the opportunity to do so.

Members of the Scheme who are on the campus and its environs can also perform various transactions with SSNIT.
