The Director-General of SSNIT, Dr. John Ofori-Tenkorang has been named the Outstanding Public Service Personality of the Year 2022. The meritorious award was conferred on him at the 13^th Ghana Entrepreneurs and Corporate Executives Award and Summit 2023.

He was honoured for his transformative work which has helped propel the Trust to its admirable position as a pension provider of choice in Ghana. The event was held on Friday 23^rd June 2023 at the Omanye Hall, Labadi Beach Hotel, Accra.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Ofori-Tenkorang dedicated the award to the Board of Trustees and staff of SSNIT for their immense support and hard work. He also thanked the organisers for the recognition.

“I’m thrilled that my contribution to SSNIT and the country is being recognised today, it is humbling and motivating.”       

In all, 20 Outstanding Corporate and Public Service Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) were awarded by the organisers, Entrepreneurs Foundation of Ghana.
